The following constitutes the full legal agreement between you and ace350. This agreement governs your use of the ace350 platform and all services provided through it.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ace350 website at ace350.app, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager or bet through the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the ace350 platform or any of its services.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the ace350 platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the site. ace350 reserves the right to update, revise, or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the ace350 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum age requirement for all registered players on ace350, regardless of the laws or customs of any other jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly and actively prosecuted as a criminal offence.
• You are not accessing the platform while acting as an agent, representative, or proxy for any other person.
• You have not previously been excluded from ace350 or any associated platform, whether by self-exclusion request or by operator enforcement.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any undisclosed third party.

ace350 reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents at any time during the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or in response to a fraud or security alert. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3 Account Registration & Management

To access betting and casino services on ace350, you must register a personal account. When completing the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

Single Account Policy: Each person is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on ace350 at any given time. If ace350 detects that a player has registered multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, contact details, or payment instruments — all associated accounts may be closed and any balances may be forfeited at ace350's absolute discretion.

Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your username, password, and any other account credentials confidential. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. ace350 will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ace350 support immediately at [email protected].

ace350 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, requests from relevant authorities, or failure to pass identity or age verification checks.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

ace350 supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified within your account dashboard and may vary by payment method.

Own Account Requirement: All deposits must be made from payment accounts or bank accounts that are registered in your own name and linked to your verified ace350 account. ace350 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. Any deposit that cannot be matched to the registered account holder will be returned and the associated transaction flagged for review.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests submitted during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) are typically processed within five minutes to your registered mobile wallet. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two business days. ace350 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where there is any suspicion of fraudulent activity.

• ace350 does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or suspended if your account has an outstanding identity verification requirement.
• ace350 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment service providers, mobile network outages, or bank processing times.
• Deposits made by error must be reported to support within 24 hours. ace350 will make reasonable efforts to investigate but cannot guarantee recovery in all cases.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

From time to time, ace350 offers bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentive programmes to registered players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. These specific terms will be communicated clearly at the time the offer is presented.

General Bonus Conditions: Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all ace350 bonus offers:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal is permitted. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, unless otherwise stated.

6 Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

ace350 is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and potential legal referral:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your eligibility in any way.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker, live casino, or tournament formats.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, auto-clickers, or any other automated tools to interact with the ace350 platform outside of normal human gameplay.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Taking advantage of software bugs, display errors, pricing errors, or any other technical malfunction to generate winnings that would not occur under normal operating conditions. Any winnings generated through a technical error are void.
• Money Laundering: Using ace350 for any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. ace350 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will report any suspicious activity without prior notice to the account holder.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the ace350 platform by any person under the age of 21.
• Charge-backs: Initiating unauthorised charge-backs or payment reversals with your bank or mobile financial service provider in relation to legitimate ace350 transactions.

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works based on any ace350 content without the prior written consent of ace350.

9 Limitation of Liability

The ace350 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ace350 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ace350 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or expected winnings due to platform downtime, network interruption, or technical failure.
• Losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain account security.
• Losses arising from delays in payment processing caused by third-party service providers.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, game outcomes, or displayed information resulting from a technical error, where such error is corrected within a reasonable timeframe.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the ace350 platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account with ace350, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ace350 uses your data to manage your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform experience. We do not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

ace350 is operated offshore and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ace350 is incorporated. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the ace350 platform or these Terms, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our support team at [email protected]. ace350 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within five business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 calendar days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the governing jurisdiction. You acknowledge that by accepting these Terms you waive any right to participate in a class action or collective claim against ace350.

12 Amendments to These Terms

ace350 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ace350 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the ace350 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.

13 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ace350 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior understandings, representations, or agreements relating to the subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
